Once we send your offer, the process is simple, safe, and straightforward. Property Inspection

A licensed professional will do a quick and easy inspection of your home at a time of your choosing. The inspection can even proceed if you are not able to be there, it’s totally up to you!

Transaction Paperwork & Documents

Our team will process and provide you with all the necessary documents need to close escrow on your transaction. You can sign all of your paperwork via Electronic Documents to make the process fast and easy!

Closing & Settlement

Once all of our documents are executed we can close and settle your transaction. We close on the date you designate, which provides you with comfort and certainty.
